Safe shipping
Ilgenfritz-Electronics GmbH & Co. KG charges €7.90 shipping cost for all products shipped within Germany. Additional €7.50 shipping cost will be charged for cash on delivery shipments within Germany. A flat rate of €19.90 will be charged for foreign shipments within Europe. A flat rate of €49.90 will be charged for foreign shipments outside Europe.
We offer a fast overnight service for which we charge €15.90. This shipping option is only available within Germany and not for cash on delivery services.
We put special emphasis on safe shipping. This is why we use GLS worldwide for a standard shipment packages and Night Star Express for the overnight packages within Germany.
Standard service delivery is from Monday to Friday from 08.00h to 18.00h. As a rule, however, delivery has been effected by 14.00h. Overnight service delivery is from Tuesday to Saturday from 05.00h to 18.00h . As a rule, however, it has been effected by 08.00h. Should you wish for delivery to another address, kindly let us know when placing your order.
Delivery takes between two and three work days. Should a product unexpectedly be temporarily unavailable, we will advise you immediately by e-mail.
With payment in advance, the goods are despatched upon receipt of payment. Payment by bank transfer usually takes one to four days.
